Nakon sedam ledenih dana, u Ulcinju je kasno u srijedu počeo da pada snijeg.

Temperatura vazduha koja se kreće oko jedan stepen ispod nule i prestanak hladnog i snažnog istočnog vjetra, stvorili su idealne uslove da cijeli grad zabijeli.
